Thank you for purchasing a 1-on-1 coaching session. I’m looking forward to working with you and helping you take meaningful steps forward in your government contracting journey.

Please read the terms below carefully before completing your booking:

Fulfillment

Upon purchase, you will receive access to schedule one (1) 60-minute coaching session with Richard C. Howard. This session must be scheduled and used within 60 days of purchase. All coaching is conducted virtually via Zoom or a similar platform.

Ownership & Branding

This session is provided by Richard C. Howard LLC, the parent entity of the GovClose and DoD Contract Academy brands. Any advice, frameworks, or recommendations shared are based on Richard’s professional experience and are for educational and strategic purposes only.

No Guarantees

This coaching session is designed to offer strategic insight, guidance, and clarity. However, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific results — including, but not limited to, winning contracts, job placement, or business outcomes. All actions you take based on our conversation are solely your responsibility.

No Refund Policy

Due to the time commitment and limited availability of these sessions, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you’re ready to book and attend before making your purchase.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so up to 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or reschedule requests within 24 hours of the session time are considered forfeited.
